Service Registration Requirements
To establish mail receiving service with BOSS, clients must complete the following onboarding requirements:
- Mailbox Rental Agreement: Complete and sign the standard BOSS Mailbox Rental Agreement.
- USPS Form 1583 Compliance: Complete United States Postal Service Form 1583 (Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent). Download USPS Form 1583 (PDF)
- Required Identification: Provide two forms of valid identification (one photo ID such as a Driver's License or Passport, and one address verification document such as a lease, mortgage statement, or voter registration card).
